I agree…$100 max for this saw…$50 more if it’s being sold by the original owner, has manuals, and attachments. CL has many old RAS that continually come up for sale in almost all areas of the country. Do your research to find what model/size saw you want and keep looking until it shows up. The older (pre-1970) RAS were usually designed and built well and so can be brought back to like new condition without too much angst. Be patient…with so many people dumping their RAS (and not understanding what they have), you can afford to be picky and drive a hard bargain.
