always add before you take away! anytime you feel the need for a cig, add something healthy in place of it….like a piece of fruit, a veggie….a walk outside…anything…Make this a positive experience instead of a negative one and you’ll float right down the river instead of struggling to paddle upstream! Also educate yourself on the negative impact cigs have on your health. So often people try changing behavior without changing their believe system – which never works. This is why most diets fail.
