Unless it is missing major parts, that is a great price and I’d jump on it. After purchase, figure on spending another $30 for new bearings, even if you don’t think they need replacing (think of it as cheap insurance). Will also probably need new tires, so that is another $20-$25 for a pair. Missing parts can run the cost up fast, but there isn’t anything for that machine that you can’t get.. they have been basically the same design for over 50 years and parts can be found easily from multiple sources.
