So far , I’ve used the 1/2” roundnose for my juice grooves , but haven’t made any with routed handles / finger grips yet.
I think if the board is very large , you might want to use the larger bit just to keep things in scale , and make it easier to grip.

-- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did.
