You should be able to find tutorials on Turbocad online. There are a lot of Turbocad help forums and tutorials on the net, just Google Turbocad help forums and Turbocad tutorials.

As far as learning a cnc, I think that would best be done by the manufacture of the cnc or someone proficient with a particular cnc. We were taught by the manufactures of our cncs, and then you need to know some programming. We do all of our own programming and it takes some math skills, programming skills and then knowing the software you have to write the programs in to send to the cnc machines to do the work.Everyone in our shop is trained to run the cnc’s but only three of us can write the programs.

Why don’t you visit a shop that has a cnc or cnc’s and talk to them and let them run you through the cnc process from start to finish on their particular machine or machines.

Some tech schools offer cnc training classes so check that out in your area.
