Well, I found a 50% off special on this, so I signed up. All I’ve done so far is watch the Ron Herman saw videos, but I learned more about saws and their use from those videos than I have from all the stuff I’ve watched on Youtube. He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. The technical performance leaves a bit to be desired. It’s not like Youtube or Netflix that will preload well ahead of where you currently are. It seems to only load a few minute buffer. Unfortunately, this tends to get you in a state where the video consumes the buffer and you have to sit and wait a bit while it loads ahead again. I’m on a fast connection at work, so I know it’s not on my end. I’m watching the hour and 20 min Ron Herman saw sharpening video now and have had to stop and wander off for a few minutes several times while the next bit loads.
