I agree with rosebudjim. ”I think (?) you are talking about a band saw?”

A 3/4” wide Blade does not equate to any type of a Table Saw I’m familiar with. Also if he was using a “Resawing Fixture” I would assume it’s made for a Bandsaw.

BUT!! ”Knew about not standing behind my table saw thanks to my son.” kind of screws up that Theory …LOL…

So, Bootzy. What kind of a saw was it??

When I read the Post I immediately though of this ”Resaw Jig” that I made for a Friend after watching him TRYING to do it Freehand.

Very Easy to make. It slides in the Mitre Slot and the Back Portion is adjustable with the “T” Nut for whatever size Log (WITHIN REASON) that you”re cutting. This one will do up to 24/28 inches.
