Help with Breast Drill

Can anyone help me identify this Breast Drill? There are absolutely no manufacturer's name, markings, model number or etceteras on it that I can find. It looks similar to a Miller Falls drill that I have but there are no such similar drills shown on the various MFs related websites that I have viewed.

This is what an expert had to say about my Breast Drill:

I've seen several of these and own at least one. They've all been unmarked, but the green gear and
black body are characteristics of German breast drills. Yours is nice because of its small size and compact design. No, it was not made by Miller Falls or Goodell-Pratt. Oil its moving parts and have fun!!

Les,

I did a search for German Solar drill and I ended up on an old listing for a similar drill on the auction site. That drill looked identical to mine except it had Solar engraved on the handle, while mine has no markings what so ever that I can find. Maybe I have an "antique knock-off"!!
