This is what an expert had to say about my Breast Drill:

I’ve seen several of these and own at least one. They’ve all been unmarked, but the green gear and
black body are characteristics of German breast drills. Yours is nice because of its small size and compact design. No, it was not made by Miller Falls or Goodell-Pratt. Oil its moving parts and have fun!!
