that missing upper wheel housing is what would concern me, provided it operates properly. blades can be made relatively inexpensively to almost any length. dad had a homecraft TS for years and as inexperienced as we were 45 years ago, we couldn;t kill it. his homecraft drill press is still on a workbench in fla. where he left it when he passed away, and it still works like new.
