I wouldn’t mess with it. Not because it looks old and grotty but because I wouldn’t have to want to chase down blades and parts for it.

If the bearings are good, the blade tracks, and the motor works, it should be fine. It could use a bit of tenderness to make it a bit more attractive but it doesn’t matter how pretty it is if it doesn’t work.
