Nope, but I have taught at CSU and ITT. Up until recently my job entailed training customers in my company’s products. Student evaluations were always high.

Look, maybe I was a little harsh. If so, I apologize. But I take nothing back from my original post. These are the kind of problems I solve a dozen times for each project. In fact, it is the thing I love most about woodworking – solving all the little design issues that come up. To see someone posting for help with what I consider the most fun part of wood working just rubs me the wrong way.
