Normally I think the glass is cut to the shape.

If your arches are smaller and multiples in one frame, routing
out the back to depth is the way to do it. Probably the
most straightforward way to do it is with a pin router setup,
but you can do it on a router table with a hardboard template
screwed or taped to the back of the door frame and a guide
bushing around the bit. Not all router table systems have
guide bushings available so you may have to figure that one
out if yours doesn’t have them available.
