Since you’re restricted to 110v for the time being, it’d be hard to imagine finding a better 110v saw that the 1.5hp Unisaw, and you don’t see them all that often….I’d move pretty quickly if I was in the market. All the other guts are same as any Unisaw, and you could upgrade the motor at some point if you wanted to. Ask what they’d take if it checks out…..$600-$650 would be a pretty nice deal IMO, but even it took the full $700 it’s a nice saw.
