I’ve played around with both 2 and 4 door configurations for each base cabinet, but the width I have to work with makes both look awkward. The total width including face frames is 55”, so if I do 2 doors they’re too wide and if I do 4 doors they’re too narrow.

I hadn’t considered making it with three doors and having the middle one being narrower… I like the idea of playing around with a different door panel than just the normal painted MDF/plywood (haven’t decided that part either). We’ll see what inspiration strikes when it comes time to make the doors, and what my wife requests in the mean time!
