Just for grins, have you tried the design with 3 doors, but having the center door narrower then the two outer doors?
doing a different panel or the center door ( like etched glass, stain glass, chicken wire or maybe a pleated cloth). Your design looks great,and it will work fine the way you want to do the face frame, it’s just fun to kick around different ideas. Sometimes I just get a brain fart and see things a little differently.
