I have enjoyed the show too…but to say McAvoy does not report with a bias is simply not true. The entire premise of the show is his transformation to not being a “generic” reporter and reporting his beliefs via presenting facts from his prospective. Aaron Sorkin is the writer and interjects his personal beliefs and bias into the show with a rabid fervor. Having said that, aside from his attempt to push his political agenda, the show is extremely well written, and the characters are fasinating, without having the typical over written sub plots that take away from the main focus of the show. He tied the first show and the last together in great fashion. If you have a chance to use a on-demand feature of your cable provider, do so and watch at least the first and last shows of the series.
