I have a mix of everything you can imagine going in my studio, from Opera to jazz, to funk, to techno, to new age to Skinny Puppy… god I LOVE Skinny Puppy… the french group Yelle and Roger Whittaker are a current obsessions as well. Music keeps me paced without having to looking at a clock.

Yesterday I was so bored.. i got a just a bit off track and made this for a friend of mine (Pound Of Flesh, the keyboardist from the band Ministry) to hold his wand while he is on tour this fall…. a fabric tube box with madagascar ebony and caps…

and today I am making a few jigs and drill template for a glass fuser who makes cabinet knobs… more boring work.
BUT today is my last day before vacation camping in the northern forests of the UP Michigan…. WOO HOOO!!
