I’ve done this a bunch and agree with a1Jim for the most part (with a few added steps). Take a piece of scrapwood (the same thickness as your box sides) and adjust the depth of cut on your TS until it leaves under 1/64th behind. You should be able to seperate the 2 sides easily with a sharp razor knife. If not adjust the blade height accordingly. Once set cut one side of your box. Test by cutting about 1” of the seam to ensure the your razor knife can cut through easily. If not adjustment is needed. If all is good, cut all the way around. Once you do it once or twice it will become second nature and a joy to execute.
