jim c, thank you very much for the very generous offer, that is very kind of you. I live in Madison so unfortunately Burlington would be a little too far to travel.

Rob, PoppaDick and OttawaP , DeWalt and Makita are the two main brands that I have been looking at with Hitachi being another. Thanks for that feedback.
