The reason I want another contractor saw is because I just don’t have the space for a cabinet saw. I am not really sure nitewalker that i’d want to spend $1500 for a cabinet saw thats got the same contractor size motor , if i did have the space. I don’t think I need a true cabinet saw yet, someday yes, but then I’ll go for the absolute best.

Right now I’m looking for portability, low cost, and a solid design that can be calibrated for precise furniture work. These two seem to be the best i’ve seen.
