Topa – once it hits that point for 500 Bucks…. they will need to resurrect William Shattner (Captain Kirk) for the Priceline Commercials to land you a better deal!!

Benchbuilder – average teacher pay in 2003 was over 46K/year!

What we need are fewer administrators. My kids elementary school has 17 teachers – 3 for each grade (1-5) and 2 teaching 1/2 day kindergarten.
But the school staff is 64.
So there are almost 3 (2.8) staff/support personell for every teacher…The Fed+State+ local levies is almost $16,000 per student…Any support for why 1/2 day kindergarten is 2X the In-State College tuition?

I don’t think the dollars are the problem – besides Barry gutted NASA anyway, shuttles are gone, and this Mars Probe was launched more than 8 months ago when we still though reaching for the Stars was good for the country.
