I am lost. The “standard” bore size for 12” and 14” blades is 1”. Unless you are looking at 10” blades most of a small suppliers 12/14” stock should be 1”. The difference between the 10” and 12” is probably no more than the cost of having a arbor hole enlarged at a saw filer. I suggest getting a glue line rip and a crosscut Onsrud on eBay, the pair runs ~$60 with free shipping for 12” blades. There aren’t many closeout Onsruds left on ebay so I suggest you hurry.

PS as others have said don’t even think or turning the arbor!
