I made a master template of one single track. With that I cut a piece of walnut stock about 18 to 24 inches long and 1 3/4 by 3/4. I used a table saw with a dado blade to plow the center of the track first. Then I attached an aux. fence to the saws rip fence. With the template I set the fence up to cut the other side. With the shape of the track cut I set up my band saw to cut the thickness I needed. Hope this helps. Keep the saw dust flying and be safe. coloradobob
