Can’t tell what brand it is, but that back “rail” looks like the one on my Makita SCMS. Mine has two bolts (one at each end) that allow it to be squared to the blade.

Set the saw to 0* and lock it in the down position. Use a square (a speed square should work fine) to align the back “rail” to the blade and tighten the bolts. Piece of cake and shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes.
