Thanks, Loren, Don W and Tysk! Ooooh, don’t get me started, hmm, a nice TIG or MIG welder, an English Wheel, Beverly shear…Or…metal crucible for aluminum castings, ahh… a South Bend lathe… or perhaps a textile loom! These are a few things I’d like to own, but would truly put a crimp in the already too-rare quality time I spend in my shop. All are ownable with a spare $2 grand or so each, so many things I’d like to do on my bucket list. Time is the only thing I’m short of. I don’t normally think of parlaying one asset into another, but that van had quickly become a white elephant in the yard. -- Einstein: "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." I'm Poopiekat!! |
