I like a bunch of different wood, hard maple, curly maple, cheery, walnut, wenge, qtr white oak, barn beam white oak….the list goes on. I guess the better question is what woods don’t you like. Padauk makes me sneeze like crazy, not to mention the cheeto fingers…
