Thanks for the links and info guys. It’s always taxing to find a good store online or not to take care of you and i’m always worried about getting stuck with something expensive that i mistakenly purchased not being sure if it’s the right part or item i need.
I’ll take Lowes over HD any day of the week ever since HD wouldn’t exchange an obviously defective shovel (3”-4” of the corner on square shovel broke off. yes the metal part broke not the handle) i had the shovel 2 months and the label on the handle was barely worn but since i didn’t have the receipt (didnt think i would need to keep it for a shovel) they would do nothing for me. I didnt want my money back, just the shovel replaced and it was their brand. manufactured for and distributed by HD right on the label. I find Lowes’ standards much higher all around. Stores are always much more organized and clean.
Sorry about the rant. i guess i’m still a little sore over it but for a $15 dollar shovel they lost a customer that spends quite a bit every month on home improvement and not just for my own house.
