yeah yeah, big surprise from the guy with the Veritas plane as his picture; but Lee Valley crushes in the terms of customer service. when you call it not a person trying to get the info to you so you get off the phone, they take the time to explain, figure out what works best for both parties, etc. I really wish there was a local tool company that did the same, but for me, until i see otherwise, most of my fun money goes to Canada.
