Hi Charlie, guess you replied whilst I was posting my thanks to Joe.. I was thinking of placing one thick featherboard a little wider than the length of exposed blade at normal groove cutting heights directly aligned with the blade, rather than before and after.. Joe seems to agree this would work best for grooving operations so I’m going to set it up that way unless anyone else has direct experience suggesting otherwise..
