if you still havent put up the sheetrock on the framing – you’re better off going with the fiberglass-type insulation, it comes in rolls, is darn cheap (compared to the spray foam) and is much easier/faster to install than the spray foam as well. the good thing about the spray foam is if you already have the walls up on the frame, and need to insulate those – you can use the spray to get in the wall without having the remove all the sheetrock. (but that involves cutting relief holes to spray into the wall and patching those later…)
