I don't think you can go wrong with any one of them. If it was me and they all operate good I'd keep the powermatic. I've not been around the deltas but a fella I know has the powermatic and loves it but I've heard good things about the deltas too. Play ur cards right and you'll b able to keep which ever one u want and sell the other for profit and basically have a free saw.

Jim, I agree with JCamp. I'm a fan of Powermatic for their quality, unless the Delta is in better condition.
If you don't have 3 phase power you might consider re-powering the saw with a 1 phase motor instead of adding a converter. There is probably a used market for the old 3 phase motor.

Cheaper and easier to just add a VFD. You get to keep the benefits of a three phase motor (more robust, efficient and nothing to go wrong on them but bearings), and get gobs of extra features you couldn't otherwise.
