I have a JET 16-32. Like wdwerker I also use Peachtree bulk rolls and am very satisfied with the VALUE that I get from them. The precut rolls are waaaaay too pricey for me.Again, be careful about the resin buildup burn, especially with oily exotics. It will ruin your work piece quickly. Using this on tearout prone woods for thicknessing is where the 16-32 shines. I don’t use the little tool much, but instead use my finger to release the catch. Both methods are kind of awkward to me, but then again, I’m kind of contrary. You will be surprised how useful this tool is and how much you will use it.
