Most any adjustable mobile base model will do for a saw
in that weight class. One good value is the Rockler style
base where you provide wood to complete it. The
wheels are decent and the 3-point design has some
benefits. They aren’t great for heavier machines
but for a contractor saw the provide-your-own-wood
style is a good value if you have the wood.

The basic HTC adjustable bases are ok, but for just
a few more bucks you can get the ShopFox style
Michael recommended. They are more robust but
you have to bend down to lock the wheels. With
the basic HTC adjustable base you can flip the levers
with your foot.
