Loren mentions an important factor, but I’m afraid he didn’t emphasize it enough for people who aren’t aware that regular saw blades are not made to turn at router speeds. Same with angle grinders. It is critical to have a blade, bit, wire wheel, grindstone, etc. with an RPM rating at least as high as the RPM of the tool it is being used on. Please be sure your blade is rated for the max router RPM.
