sounds like a need to have garage Gerry
if the rest of the house is having such a great potential you realy scored big time
congrats with the new home :-)

I know of one that has packed the shop down the last 2-3 weeks and not knowing when
he gets a new shop he is a little depressed as well

I know I will be there too :-( as soon as we get this house sold
but also have taking the dessision that nothing will be made in the new house before my
shop is up and running I can work in the shop I have now but the last 12 years all my tools
have been barried in movingboxes …..............yyargh I´m tired of using 4 hours every time I need
to find a tool :-(

those rustbunks will looks nice in a snap when you come down to them under the dust :-)
