I think it’s fine to state what you don’t like about SMC (or other sites) and what you do like about LJ’s.

That’s what we do here every day with tool reviews. We also have had lots of reviews about customer service at tool companies, including their websites. Nobody ever has a problem with those “reviews”. So why not talk about the “service” at a woodworking website? Why is it “ignorant” or “hateful” or “tribal mentality”?

...Well, here I go again… I try so hard not to get involved in the disputes around here but I couldn’t help myself this time. I’m outta here before I get in any deeper!
