And had Mr. Zimmerman taken the action of the deceased, there would be one person charged with assault and there would be no national outrage questioning the capabilities of gun owners. Which in turn would not put the NRA under fire and would make it easier for individuals like the deceased to have a gun in their house in case they needed it. That is where it becomes problematic.
