If you have the $$$ to spend you can’t go wrong with Ridge Carbide – they have a couple different RAS blades, here is their top-of-the-line blade.

If you are on a budget, the best blades for a radial arm saw have a very low to negative hook angle so that they don’t try to pull themselves through the wood. Here's a lower price option.
