I got the peachtree version http://www.ptreeusa.com/routerTables.htm (about 5/8 of the way down the page) because they had one that would fit my incra lift. It was cheaper also, although not by much. I am very happy with the setup, it saves me space in a one car garage shop. I had to re-drill the holes so that they would line up with my Grizzly G0715p, but that was easy as cast iron drill easy. They said it would not fit on the left side of my saw, since that is where the motor cover is, but it fits, if only barely. I have to remove the router lift and router to open the motor door, but I only do that a couple of times a year to clean out what the dust collector wont get in the first place. I have just finished a dedicated router table also, as it always seams that when I have the router setup, I need to cut something ! I like having both now :)
