The flanged area is barely 3/16” in width and it is off right at 1/16” in height to produce quite a bump. I even looked under the table to see if I might be able to rig something with adjustable Allen’s or similar. I rarely tilt my saw so it wouldn’t be a problem in this regard. Perhaps I should add a self-adhesive layer of some thin polymer to the top of the insert?
