I have turned on Jet and General Intl mini-lathes (never laid hands on a Rikon), and neither hold a candle to the Delta.

I bought my Delta 9 months ago and have done bowls, plates, a small vase, and about 100 pens. Hindsight being 20-20, I would still buy the Delta.

Delta know they have a winner, and I have to believe they will get the parts supply problem cleaned up.
