Another way to block items you don’t want to see is to limit access on your computer. Every computer operating system has a ‘host’ file that your computer uses to find IP addresses on the Internet. Every time your system searches for an Internet address, it first checks your computer… It’s simple to edit the empty file your computer has with one that blocks anything you want it to. Here’s a great simple website to explain what a hosts file is:

You can search for ‘host file’ or ‘host file block ads’ to find more information. Then you will see only what you want to see and no company can track you because no information from your computer will ever leave your computer.
