Price seems decent if it is in good shape. Not sure of specific things to look at on this model, but look for general excessive wear, slop in the bed raising mechanism, and sound/vibration when it runs. I would run a pretty wide board through it and check it for evenness of cut by measuring thickness from side to side. Also check for snipe produced on the leading and trailing edge.

On the dust port, I wouldn’t worry about that at all. It is always possible to convert one way or the other. 4.5” to 4” shouldn’t be difficult. You might need to make something to convert to a standard 4” dust port first, then attach your flex pipe to that. Could be something as simple as this: picture 4 pieces of 6” x 6” x 3/4” MDF. Cut a 4.5” hole in three of the pieces, glue them together into a sandwich, and slide onto the 4.5” dust port. Then cut a 4” hole in the 4the piece. In the 4th piece, mount a short section of 4” PVC pipe using construction adhesive. That is your new dust port. Then screw the new port to the MDF sandwich adapter/converter, attach the flex tube to that, and you are suckin’ dust. That is a worst case scenario if you can’t find a simple adapter, or replacement port.
