I understand time is an issue. Remember the old saying never enough time to do it right the first time but always enough time to do it right the second time. Kenny is right on with his suggestion. I would do this project in small doses. Charles Neil pre stain conditioner is great on pine. You don’t like it now you will not like it when your done if you don’t do right this time either.
