I am a big fan of making things like this yourself. I own a couple of expensive commercially made mobile bases that sit unused in the shed. They are really nice, but expensive. If you can take the time to make one out of hardwood, you’ll save a bundle. Check out Harbor Freight for some wheels (cheapest around, even if you have to order from website).
