I visited with a man that formerly worked for a mobile home manufacturing plant. He said they changed from traditional table saws to Sawstops. When they attempted to cut a siding material that comes in 4×8 sheets they triggered the blade stop. the siding had a foil covering on one side. they had always cut it on the old saws with no adjustment or changes so they didn’t think anything about cutting it on the new saw. BANG! I would stay from anything that could conduct electricity. That would include some cured finishes, pressure treated woods that have moisture in them, green lumber etc.
