Google does not provide any adblocking services; Google’s Chrome browser (and firefox, and many other browsers) allow third-party extensions such as adblocker. In this case, I imagine that “Goodle AdBlocker” refers to an adblocker applied to Google Chrome.

Adblockers are great not only because you don’t see the ads, but because advertisers cannot track you since you never even download their ad.

Adblockers are terrible because, if you don’t download the ad, the hosting site (ie LumberJocks.com) does not get revenue from the advertisers.
