For ease of adjustment the cabinet saws are far easier to adjust..

I don’t have a pic of the guts of a G0713 or G0715P, but the one below is close enough to make the point about the difference of construction under the hood compared to a cabinet saw:

Lowes can order the Steel City saws…if you have any trouble with returning the PCB270TS, maybe ordering a Steel City saw from them would persuade them. The SC35990C goes for ~ $720 here:
