The Jet is a nice hybrid saw, but hasn’t yet been updated with a riving knife…not a deal breaker, but the two offerings you mentioned from Grizzly give you a very nice fence, cast iron wings, and a riving knife. One advantage Jet does have is the availability of dealer support.

If you’re not opposed to granite, the Craftsman 22116 is made by Steel City/Orion and is essentially the same saw as the Steel City 35930.

If you’ve got 220v available, the step to a 3hp cabinet saw is pretty substantial. Something like the Griz G1023RL is $1349 shipped.

A good used saw is always a viable option of the right deal comes along.

Good alignment and good blade selection is the key to getting any of them to perform well.
