Take a piece of stock long enough for all four sides plus some extra for your saw kerfs at your miter cuts for the corners. Cut the concave profile on the table saw. use guides at an angle to the blade to guide your work piece and take multable cuts raising the blade slightly after each pass. After you have the concave profile cut. use a hand plane and sander to create the round over for the lower half. The bottom of the box will give you the bottom trim. When you cut the miters make sure that adjacent cuts make matching miters on the three corners that you can.
